Issue of Equity

88 Energy Limited ("88E" or the "Company") announces that following receipt of a notice to exercise options over 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of A$0.055 per share, 88E has issued a total of 500,000 fully paid ordinary shares (the "New Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

Application has been made for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with Admission expected to occur on 13 April 2021. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu to the existing ordinary shares in the Company, the Company has a total of 12,522,090,431 ordinary shares in issue, all of which have voting rights.
