Plenty of people prepared to pay 17.5p now for this, a few each day, no selling
so maybe a deal will be struck.

The good thing is that there's been no announcement that the potential offer has been withdrawn.

My guess is that they're still negotiating therefore. The major shareholders will be looking for a price significantly north of 20p - the original price they bought in at - from memmory. So if it does happen, it'll be at a decent premium to today's share price


The update was encouraging. If there is no takeover offer, the question remains can they increase turnover significantly, or at least cyclically. If they can, the current share price looks far too cheap.

Yes, potential offer. Chinese engineering company in similar line of business to SIXH. Deadline 9th october.
