Interesting Verona Pharma is going to drop their aim listing to concentrate on their nasdaq listing (its in the rns today).

Ultimately 4D has some great POTENTIAL And there are some pivotal news items on the horizon.Personally any company transformation news should be announced after the Nasdaq listing in January, will have more impact on any upside value.

4D have several conferences with the first on the 9th. All are oncology focused. They would not get a seat at the table with these if they did not have some important research and news to share. On top of that we could get some very good Covid 19 news plus everything else they are working on. IMO< you just have to hold your nerve. The world is falling apart but these shares are in exactly the right space. In a pandemic which not only effects those with the virus but those with other serious illness, you are not bothered about service sectors, oil or gold prices but light at the end of the tunnel. IMO, we have that with 4D especially with upcoming Covid 19 results short term and the oncology results longer term could be the company maker.

So for $14.6 million less say 10% costs, less $1.86 million liabilities, let's say £8.6 million, LOAC a £21 million Company acquires 4D Pharma a £145 million company ?
It even states in the rns that Longevity shareholders will own 13.1% of the enlarged group on completion. Your credibility continues to be shot to pieces.
It is a placing by any other name and has the bonus of a Nasdaq listing. You at least got that bit right.
Of course it may be that you have simply gone short again.
