"Now who's laughing
probably all the government SAGE group and minister who probably filled their boots in Feb/Mar with novacyt. | katsy
26/10/2020 13:46 | Just remember guys I'm pretty sure people used to laugh at them who said novacyt would go to £10 when it was sitting at £1. Now who's laughing... | ozzywalker
26/10/2020 13:40 | Also funding now secured. | eeza
26/10/2020 13:20 | Exactly somuwin, there is a plan, and it is slowly unfolding. Now everyone make up their own minds, I know I have and it is hold on to my socks and shoes :-) | thresholdbypass
26/10/2020 12:56 | Bounced off support 1.225Added again.Peace out. | rastamouse
26/10/2020 12:45 | Looks like something big "on the horizon" which has made them speed up the Nasdaq listing. Next couple of months should prove very exciting here. | someuwin
26/10/2020 12:15 | “The Board weighed up various options like an IPO, reverse merger, or SPAC. Ultimately 4D pharma decided that a SPAC was the best option at this time,” he told Bioprocess Insider.
“One of the key attractions of a SPAC is certainty – 4D pharma wanted to be able to tap into the huge pool of US healthcare investment without overly distracting from its primary focus of delivery new therapies for patients. Moreover, the timeline for these types of deals is typically shorter than for a traditional IPO, and pursuing a SPAC merger aligned with 4D pharma’s goal of being in the US in early 2021. This condensed timeline allows 4D pharma to capitalize on its rapid development and increased interest expressed by US and international investors, in a timeframe that suited 4D pharma’s activities and what is on the horizon.” | someuwin

26/10/2020 11:50 | Ive been in since early aprilIve seen it all mate | gooner1886
26/10/2020 11:47 | Manipulated? Recently a big lump of stock has been sold, hence the falls. I would not be surprised if they are still selling. The recent jump is a gift to someone who is selling large lumps of stock so 124p is better than sub 100p last week | dope007
26/10/2020 11:37 | Correct Gooner. In dual listings the main listing is what matters. Very rare for a minority US listing to have much of an effect. It is a way for US investors to buy in, but they have to know first, and the stock has to meet eligibility criteria which this current set up won't | dope007
26/10/2020 11:27 | Question for the more knowledgeable...Dual listing is fine and good, but we are still staying on aim, so we can still be manipulated price wise surely in the cesspit of aim? | gooner1886
26/10/2020 11:21 | Shorter's Bots closing out their gains from the 'smackdown'. Usually takes a few weeks, as the Bots are both selling & buying to hold the price in place.
So a few small sells followed by a larger buy, as they slowly grind their way out. | eeza
26/10/2020 11:21 | Seller may still be unloading is the main conclusion to myself | dope007
26/10/2020 11:15 | @ Devonlad. Yeah that is the market. They know investors are piling in from the merger news but at the same time cautiously placing stops in case it goes south again. I set that stop a good 10-12 points away from 132.00 and it seemed to getting support at 124-125. Even if i wanted to get out after seeing it breach support i wouldn't have had time. Annoying, however this stock is looking both to be a fun yet hazardous ride. Not sure what it will quite do tbh. | maldridge27
26/10/2020 11:10 | Bots are taking it down again, same as before the Nasdaq news. Annoying but hey, that is the market! | devonlad
26/10/2020 11:05 | went from 127.00 - 120.00 in the space of a minute at 10.47am. Got me at mt SL (120.00) and then starts going back up again. Some shake! | maldridge27
26/10/2020 10:56 | 1.22 should provide support. | rastamouse
26/10/2020 10:53 | Beware the head and shoulders dip | thepaddedcell

Live long and prosper to you too :)
Now where have I heard that before !
Kirk out. | captain james t kirk
26/10/2020 10:03 | Allright Captain James T. Kirk, I hear you. And I never said I liked the modus oprandi of The Stigologist. Does not mean he does not sometimes have a point. I had no reason and was neither alarmed nor in search for a reasoning. It was simply that some started fretting on this board when RNS came up and price took a little drop so a reasoning was searched for and this sounded not impossible to me. But point taken Captain and I will refer no more to this speculative reasoning for the sell of Mr Norwood. Agreed Captain? Live long and prosper! | thresholdbypass

A more accurate picture is that the share price fell from £1.20 over the past year, to 30p and has since risen back to £1.30. Admittedly it would have been difficult for him to sell prior to his resignation from 4D.
He hasn't retired, according to Companies House records and although your scenario is plausible, why, given his intellect and knowledge, would David Norwood take a couple of million now, rather than perhaps £20 million in a few months time? | captain james t kirk

Pointless wondering why someone has sold. imo.
There are 100's of reasons people (have to) sell shares.
But usually only 1 reason they buy. | eeza
