Just highlighting TSK's past howlers - no harm in that.

It's that time of year to wind him up - it's a traditional summer thing.

what's all this "eh" business anyway?

hylas,

That is exactly why it is finally now interesting- stock dilution finito. Stock issuance is now essentially finished with the placing that was announced. Cornell who have been the tap of stock virtually finished.

Burn rated now they have finally reverted to the licensing model is 70/80k per month. They draw down on Tesco project cash next month.

There are basically 200m shares in issue now.

Also would expect the Express Recycling machine order to come through in Sept providing additional cashflow and expect ramp up of the Bovis/Lend Lease Boards to come through. They seem to have got industry approval.

Management credability dire but Roger Baynham is a huge improvement on the others.

Every dog has it's day.

Woof woof !!!

Well Monty
I will continue to watch this stock from afar at least until they stop diluting and making shareholders pay for their woeful lack of progress.

Well I have watched this stock from afar for a very long time - thank god!! However interesting times are round the corner and some proper commercial deals are hopefully forthcoming once the silly season is over.

I think yesterdays movement in an awful market was a defining moment.

That's a healthy looking rise. It's a pity the spread has almost doubled as well. Back to Earth next week methinks.

AFAIK the High Court list office will give details of listings, but they will need the case number to find it easily. The cases will normally be heard in open court, though intermediate hearings will be in private.

Where are they listed : just had a quick search and I can't find them.

Is this anything to with the action EK was contemplating against Brooks ? If not, did that come to anything ?
