27/2/2004 15:31 | I'm getting paranoid! The results have to be out today or we face the wrath of the AiM... After hours? I've seen it done before... 60 minute countdown! :+( | wole
27/2/2004 15:02 | It's shameful but they don't give a toss about the little private investor. I am 100% sure the institutions and bigger investors are well up to date on what's happening. They probably feel the rest of us are just piggy-backing on their outlay. I know they won't call me back... Ficken scheißen teufel! | wole
27/2/2004 14:49 | Wole I was told that weeks ago aswell and ended up having to phone them back myself to be told the results would be out mid January so don't take any sh*t. | advisor
27/2/2004 13:09 | Just called. Gave my mobile number and was promised either CEO or Chairman would call me back. Let's see. | wole
27/2/2004 13:01 | I tried to call yesterday evening but got no reply. I think I'll try again. Our shares might get suspended by the LSE! | wole
27/2/2004 12:50 | what the hell is going on? the results should have been published weeks ago. very worried at the moment. | redpin
27/2/2004 12:36 | Small buy ready to go through, not what we were looking for, hope you are right Wole. | advisor
27/2/2004 10:52 | I feel rather tempted to practice my newly learnt German expletives! My only hope is that these results are delayed because they are trying to wrap up a massive deal which they want to annouce together with the results. A takeover bid by SGC or NEX would be nice! | wole
26/2/2004 17:20 | Very old Investors Chronicle article published just as TLG floated. 16 January 2003 2 Travel Coaches looks to be going places The new monies will be used to fund expansion, helping the group to bolster its fleet, to finance recently-awarded local authority routes, and for future acquisitions. Revenues are split across its divisions, with the majority of income coming from coach operations. This accounted for 49 per cent of sales in the year ended 31 August 2002, as the group benefited from relationships with tour holiday operators. Results for the period revealed a 58 per cent hike in sales to GBP3.7m (GBP2.3m), and profits of GBP212,000 (GBP52,000 loss). Trading is expected to commence on 20 January. IC VIEW Given that large operators are withdrawing from marginal areas, the group is aiming to acquire smaller key businesses in profitable niches. Although it may take time for 2TC to grow its geographic reach, it could be worth jumping on board. | wole
26/2/2004 17:10 | Don't think they are Wole, as you say I'm sure it is a good sign. Maybe the 300k was BENA1 jumping back onboard?. Lets hope those who lost the faith will be well punished tomorrow. Have a good nights sleep, I need one, had a few nightmares this week seeing BANKRUPT over my door, I'm sure tomorrow we will be having a few beers to celebrate and wishing for the interims to come out for some more great news. | advisor
26/2/2004 16:45 | 300K picked up this afternoon. Hope it is a good sign! Another question - are they allowed to report the results after market close tomorrow? | wole
26/2/2004 10:33 | Wole - take a look at IAM. Trading update out this morning makes good reading. | opthalmist
26/2/2004 10:31 | On a totally different front, I noticed that the Expansion RNS of 28/08/03 noted TLG had three operating divisions, and 3 weeks later the Planning Approval RNS (17/09/03) noted two divisions. Given nothing was annouced re unit disposals or closures, what's happened to TLG's Engineering Division? Anybody know? I can't find anything... Just a case of messy communications? | wole
26/2/2004 09:14 | Their last interims reported on trading to Feb 2003, and the full year to Aug 03 should be reported within 6 months under AIM rules, so really they've only got till tomorrow. I think submitting their accounts to Companies House is a different matter altogether. I'm almost certain there's a deal they are trying to conclude and report in the results. Surely nothing else can explain the delay... | wole
25/2/2004 20:47 | Guys checked out companies-house.gov. | advisor
25/2/2004 19:32 | Wole, I presume the shares could be suspended....haven't done the research, but that would be the ultimate sanctions, and I know it has happened in the past....doesn't sound the best does it? I disposed of half of my holding on friday, and took the spread as a loss just to reduce my exposure in case it's not as wonderfull as it could be. | bena1
25/2/2004 17:29 | Officially speaking, what happens if the results are not posted by Friday? | wole
25/2/2004 00:09 | I can't shake off the feeling that though the results will be generally good the response will be painfully muted with rather pedestrian mark ups resulting more in frustrated sells than buys eventually pushing the price down! Of course I hope that won't be the case. | wole
24/2/2004 14:38 | Yeah, would be delicious! | wole
24/2/2004 14:24 | Little extract from thisismoney.com dated 23/01/03 on TLG "The business has an added advantage of being profitable. Analysts believe the company could report operating profits close to £500,000 for the year that ends this August. " Would be nice. | advisor
24/2/2004 11:43 | you got a good price @8.18 wole!. I see the sell online is 75k & buy online is 50k. The price first thing this morning was 8.5p, hope there isn't the usual late sell trade waiting to go through at the last minute by Mr "T", although the bid has stayed at 7.05p. Good luck everyone only three days to go. Imho. | advisor
24/2/2004 09:12 | Hello guys! Was away for the weekend, found my CBO shares had rocketed bigtime! Ploughed some into TLG - 34K. I hope you're right advisor but one clear thing is long term TLG has got potential. | wole
21/2/2004 09:42 | It's only 12 weeks to the interim results get published @ end of May. six month Aug 03-Feb 04. Two quick good results and BINGO. | advisor
