gombie: At last I just heard the reason for the fall in share prices yesterday. For your information it's because Wall Street investors and others across the globe are very worried about the Delta variant and the damage it might do to the world economy.

flc: Thanks for posting Togglebrush..always good to see a buy recommendation. Tend to agree with Estienne though in that the article shows a bit of naivety on certain aspects. The potential upside far outweighs the threats of contract losses and competition. Their clients are widely spread across c600 organisations so very little dependency on one or two large contracts and as before they appear to be the only provider that can operate at scale. If you think that Saas revenue can have a value multiple of up to x10 then theirs is already double what their market cap is. The only downside as far as I can see is that these types of companies tend to get overlooked by investors and the markets as they're not main stream so patience is key. Just need a steady flow of RNS's and the share price should continue North.

seaking1: Wow 68% now not in public hands,Price may or may not move much as it’s still under the radar and small investors drive the share price but with old mutual now having a 5% stake I sniff a takeover, then watch the price move. Keep hold.

leading: There was an investor day for institutions only yesterday. Looks like it was well received. Rather frustrating that PI's were not allowed to attend. Content should be webcast for all.

sjmarvel: You do not have to be rocket scientist to work out the roadshow did not go well, they saw over 10 institutional investors, no significant buys! I don't see any buyers where we'd get an IPR valuation. From what I've seen of Management they are not capable of making a trade sale.Latest news is their number 1 sales guy has left the business and gone to a competitor! This looks doomed on all axis.

sjmarvel: If anyone's meeting management please ask them:--to confirm support and maintenance renewals for 2017-18, what cancellation notices have they received for 2018/19. -tell us about the partner strategy, are they no longer an ESRI partner? -are they planning a private investor presentation or any plans to attend an investor show?

sjmarvel: Anyone can make numbers up over a 12 month period let's see what this one looks like this half year & full year.Heres the below url for the CEO explaining the strategy:https://www.shareprophets.com/views/20541/video-claire-milverton-of-1spatial-at-uk-investor-showLots of chatter at the investors show on 1spa. Transpires EnablesIT had to be sold otherwise the board would of been forced to come clean that EnablesITs largest client stopped all business in October 2017. As the dust settled & they realised they could not take cost out to maintain the enablesIT cash generation, the board had no choice but to dispose of EnablesIT or make an embarrassing announcement to market as why they didn't make a contract loss announcement back in October 2017. Consensus was the business model is shot, basically a consultancy company, 1.25 revenue valuation at best, lots of talk about cancelled contracts and failed relationships not being reported to shareholders, expect TW to be looking into this one..
