Trading & Dividend Update; Notice of 2019 Interim Results
Positive trading momentum maintained; Current trading in line with expectations;
First interim dividend planned;
1pm plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider, is pleased to announce that the unaudited results for the first half of the current financial year, which ended on 30 November 2018, will be in line with the Group's expectations, demonstrating continued positive trading momentum and good new business origination across the Group.
The Group's Interim Results are scheduled for release on 16 January 2019 and it is the Board's intention to declare an interim dividend alongside the publication of these results for payment in April 2019. This will be the Group's first interim dividend. It is expected to equate to one-third of the total payment planned for the financial year ending 31 May 2019, in accordance with the Group's progressive dividend policy, announced on 26 July 2018.
