TechnipFMC PLC said late Tuesday that it has got a substantial subsea contract from Petrobras in Brazil.
The Franco-American oil-and-gas services company said the contract is for the Buzios 6-9 fields, located in the Santos basin offshore Brazil.
"TechnipFMC will supply subsea trees with controls, electrical and hydraulic distribution units, topside systems, and installation and intervention support services with rental tooling," it said.
For the company, a substantial contract is worth between $250 million and $500 million.
