BARCELONE (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Bayer pourrait parvenir à un accord à la fin de l'année ou au début 2020 pour mettre un terme aux actions en justice aux Etats-Unis concernant les herbicides à base de glyphosate de Monsanto, indique DZ Bank. Au vu de la prolongation des procédures, "nous pensons que les autorités judiciaires américaines laissent aux parties le temps de parvenir à un accord à l'amiable", ajoute la banque. Elle s'attend à ce que le coût du règlement pour Bayer s'élève à 9 milliards de dollars au maximum. Le nombre de plaintes a atteint 42.700 en octobre, contre environ 18.400 en juillet. Le titre Bayer gagne 4,2%, à 70,07 euros.
