Purthanol Resources Ltd secures Biocardel Quebec to start sales of Biodiesel and acquisition of Biocardel SM Assets

Wilmington, DE and Ottawa, ON / ACCESSWIRE / January 8, 2015 / Purthanol Resources Ltd (OTC: PURT) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Biocardel SM assets for stock of the company. 

The assets represent 3 million dollars of equipment that will allow Purthanol Resources Ltd to crush either the sorghum and/or the seeds to create the ethanol or biodiesel necessary to become productive. This purchase will allow the company to increase its asset value.

Purthanol has secured a purchase of raw material in the range of 1.4 million to 1.6 million liters annually. It has been already 90 days that the purchaser has been using B100 or 100% pure biodiesel.
