EPIC ENTERS A MARKETING AND SALES JOINT VENTURE, AND FILES A 15C2-11 TO TRADE ITS PREFERRED STOCK

Tucker, EPIC's president, announced “EPIC has a joint venture agreement with Salem Sleep Systems of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, to provide marketing and sales for the AcuFAB products. EPIC after the successful Exchange Offer has prepare and filed a 15c2-11 with a broker/dealer to obtain approval to trade its Preferred Stock.”

They also sell domestically and internationally proprietary portable wood bed frames, Within a little more than six months their business has produced purchase orders of approximately $3,000,000 in pillows and portable wood bed frames,” further stated Mr. Tucker. “They will be integrating their pillows with our AcuFAB products. The joint venture will be conducted through a North Carolina limited liability company on a 50-50 basis. Salem Sleep Systems will be providing the marketing and sales effort with support staff will be directed to suppliers and retailers and EPIC will be providing the AcuFAB products.
