(OTCBB:DIAAF), is pleased to announce that, through its wholly owned
subsidiary, Diamant Film Inc. (http://www.diamantfilm.com/) and with the
assistance of advisory board member Mr. Henry C. Giffin, former Vice Admiral,
U.S. Navy, it has delivered its first shipment of twelve and eighteen inch two
thousand foot Diamant(TM) film rolls packaged in our newly designed cutter
boxes to Presidential Holdings, Inc. Through an agreement with Diamant Film
Inc., Presidential Holdings has the exclusive right to sell, market and
distribute Diamant(TM) film to the U.S. military.
