On November 15, 2024, Popular, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.70 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 6, 2024.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (BUSINESS WIRE) November 15, 2024 Popular, Inc. (NASDAQ: BPOP) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.70 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on January 2, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 6, 2024.
