Oremex Gold Announces Resignation of Director

    




 TORONTO, Sept. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Oremex Gold Inc. ("Oremex Gold" or the  "Company")   announces that Mr. Henry Tse has resigned from the board of directors  of the Company to focus on other ventures and commitments. The Company  would like to thank Mr. Tse for his contributions and wish him well in  his future endeavours.
