Newlook Files First Quarter 2010 Financial Statements

Newlook Industries Corp. ("Newlook" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NLI) is
pleased to announce that it has released its unaudited consolidated financial
statements for the three months ended March 31, 2010, along with associated
management discussion and analysis and officer certifications (the "Interim
Filings").


The TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") suspended trading in the Company's securities
on July 2, 2010 as a result of a Cease Trade Order ("CTO") issued by the Ontario
Securities Commission. The CTO was caused by the delay in the Company's Annual
and Interim Filings. 


With the release of the Interim Filings, Newlook may now begin the process to
reinstate trading. This will occur when the CTO is revoked and the TSXV has
concluded its reinstatement review to ensure the Company has satisfactorily
complied with all TSXV requirements.
