Southern Legacy Minerals Inc.: Granting of Stock Options

Southern Legacy Minerals Inc. ("Southern Legacy" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:LCY) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval,
granted an aggregate of 1,000,000 incentive stock options in accordance with the
Company's stock option plan, to officers of to the Company. The stock options
are priced at $0.20 and will expire June 24, 2017.

exploration company with a portfolio of copper and gold projects in South
