Ginger Beef Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:GB) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Chi Him Kan, of Calgary, Alberta, as a director of
the Corporation.


Mr. Kan holds a Bachelor of Applied Business and Entrepeneurship, Computer
Information Systems and is a Programmer Analyst. Mr. Kan is also part owner of a
company which operates a restaurant.
