E.G. Capital Inc. Announces Revised Results for the Three Months Ended May 31, 2011

E.G. Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EGC.H), ("E.G. Capital"), formally National Construction Inc., today announces revised results for the three months ended May 31, 2011. The interim financial statements and Management Discussion and Analysis have been revised to comply with the disclosure requirements under National Instrument 51-102 s. 4.3(2) and IFRS 1.

The transition to IFRS has had no impact on the Corporation's consolidated balance sheets and on the consolidated statements of comprehensive income and cash flows.
