Bassett Media Announces Resignation of Board Member

wishes to announce that Mr. Blake Hutcheson has resigned from the Company's
board of directors due to a limitation on his availability because of other
commitments. The Company would like to thank Mr. Hutcheson for his service as
director and wishes him the best in his future endeavours. Bassett Media has no
immediate plans to fill the vacancy in the board left by Mr. Hutchseon's
departure.
