KESM Transaction Solutions Inc. Files Early Warning Report

AURORA, ON, Dec. 1, 2017 /CNW/ - KESM Transaction Solutions Inc. ("KESM") announces that on December 1, 2017, it acquired in a private transaction, ownership and control over 35,800,000 Common Shares (the "Common Shares") of Ackroo Inc. ("Ackroo"), 62 Steacie Drive, Suite 201, Ottawa, Ontario K2K 2A9, representing approximately 48% of Ackroo's currently issued and outstanding Common Shares. 

The shares were acquired for a deemed value of $0.05 per share pursuant to an asset purchase agreement wherein KESM sold certain of its assets to Ackroo in consideration for Ackroo issuing 35,800,000 Common Shares to KESM.

Following the acquisition, KESM holds 35,800,000 Common Shares representing approximately 48% of the Common Shares of Ackroo currently issued and outstanding.
