Northrop Grumman Corp. on Tuesday said its board raised the company's quarterly dividend by 8%.
The company said the new dividend of $1.57 a share will be payable on June 16 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1.
Kathy Warden, the company's chairman, chief executive and president, said "Northrop Grumman continues to execute a balanced capital deployment strategy with robust investments in our business and a competitive dividend for our shareholders."
