Knoll Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

EAST GREENVILLE, Pa., Dec. 2  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Knoll, Inc. (NYSE: KNL) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share payable December 31, 2008, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2008.
