CGI said Thursday that it has been selected to modernize the legacy system to support the state of Virginia's child support enforcement division.
The Canadian IT and business consulting services firm said the new contract is with the Virginia Department of Social Services for the update of the Division of Child Support Enforcement's system and replace the decades-old mainframe transfer system.
CGI said it will deploy its CGI Transcend software-as-a-service platform for Child Support, which is designed to meet the requirements of state human services agencies.
