SINGAPOUR (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le groupe chinois de commerce en ligne Alibaba a déposé confidentiellement un projet d'introduction en Bourse (IPO) à Hong Kong, rapporte Bloomberg en citant des sources proches du dossier.
Alibaba pourrait lever jusqu'à 20 milliards de dollars dans le cadre de cette opération, ce qui en ferait la plus importante vente d'actions à Hong Kong depuis 2010, selon l'agence de presse.
Un représentant d'Alibaba n'a pas souhaité commenter cette information, a précisé Bloomberg.
En 2014, Alibaba a levé un montant record de 25 milliards de dollars lors de son IPO à New York.
