--The European Union Aviation Safety Agency said that Boeing's 737 Max is safe enough to fly again in Europe by the end of 2020, Bloomberg reports, citing an interview with Patrick Ky, the executive director of the aviation regulator body.
--The EASA has conducted test flights in September and is now reviewing final documentation before drafting an airworthiness directive scheduled for next month, Mr. Ky told Bloomberg.
-- The EASA still expects Boeing to add a so-called synthetic sensor, which will likely be ready in 20 to 24 months, but the aircraft is still judged as safe enough to fly in the meantime, Bloomberg reports.
