So you only want people who agree with you. What a sad case.

Yes I agree, puts in a bit of positive every now and then and returns back to slagging them.

I already have Smith on ignore, have had for ages. He's clearly just another shorter or short term trader posting about fictional holdings to create negative spin on the stock. IGNORE!!

Smith your likes are so predictable, a few posts then you become an expert on the Co, how do you expect them to produce without funding, this was always on the cards and they did it with the least dilution to other shareholders, it will not matter one iota anyway in the long run, thanks for your expert opinion, you obviously timed your buy or buys at the wrong time and feel a bit bitter.

I was correct once again in how I played it so probably was everyone else with any experience but we're don't feel the need to tell everyone. The financial fruits of successful trading are enough .

A £1m placing for a £75m company is easily absorbed. Probably end blue today and over £1 by year end.

LOL! Most of yesterday's trades weren't even reported since when you buy shares directly from the company in a placing those trades NEVER appear in the buy/sell data. Have AFC finished placing yet? Have they raised enough cash to pay the directors' salaries, bonuses, pensions and expenses? JakNife

Most of the sells earlier were actually buys. Demand is strong.

29.08.19: 'Following recent successful electrode performance testing with prolonged longevity, De Nora has agreed to extend its JDA with AFC Energy underlying its commitment to the electrode development for AFC Energy's fuel cell with the parties agreeing (i) specific cost and operational targets, (ii) confirmation of a scaled up 4-year electrode life (building on recent results) and (iii) a mass electrode manufacturing capability, which together will significantly reduce the levelised cost of energy for AFC Energy's fuel cell systems.-- Majority of targets scheduled to be met within the first twelve (12) months of the agreement.'

FC may well be commercial, as stated De Nora another 12 months, what is this time for is it setting up manufacturing capacity or is it for more development. They whole team really need to get their finger out, sales generate cash...

deccer1 22 Jan '20 - 12:26 - 11085 of 11087 Edit 0 1 0 I guess the worry now is 1) They hinted in a RNS on 29/8/2019 they were still more than a year away from proper commercialisation - the critical path being the electrodes. "Majority of targets scheduled to be met within the first twelve (12) months of the agreement." In other words it wont be until late 2020 or 2021 that they can meet all their performance targets and go properly commercial, so will just do demonstrations until then. They probably need to show a proper four year electrode life running time, not just an extrapolation. 2) The other big worry is they gave rights to Waste2Tricity some years ago. Having seen what W2T are now doing with PHE, i.e. demanding PHE take them over in exchange of 40% new shares in PHE, I suspect we might see the same with AFC. This would give private related party Howard White (who was involved in setting up all three companies) control of both PHE and AFC, and dilute out everyone else like is now happening with PHE.

Yes but they cannot currently deliver a volume order because DeNora are not ready (press release on 29/8/2019 explains they were still more than 1 year away) and no one would want the small demonstration unit anyway because its just too small.
