Please be aware that there is a lot of FUD. Those spreading the news want your shares at the lowest price possible.

From the new website - even better than the press releases: HydroX-Cell (L20)TM 20kWel nameplate Zero greenhouse emissions Low noise and odour 10’ ISO shipping container footprint Capable of running on direct hydrogen or cracked ammonia Supports backup, intermittent or base load power Available from December 2019 HydroX-Cell (L160)TM 160kWel nameplate Zero greenhouse emissions Low noise and odour 40’ ISO shipping container footprint Capable of running on direct hydrogen or cracked ammonia Supports backup, intermittent or base load power Available June 2020 HydroX-Cell (L400+)TM 400+kWel nameplate Zero greenhouse emissions Low noise and odour 40’ ISO shipping container footprint Capable of running on direct hydrogen or cracked ammonia Revised HydroX-Cell(L)TM stack configuration (under development) for improved power output Available June 2021 Other bespoke sizing options are also available on request. ----------------- HydroX-Cell(S)TM have been demonstrated at AFC Energy’s research facilities and are a prime focus of development activities at present. The HydroX-Cell(S)TM is currently undergoing development but is expected to be configured as: 10kWel stack for integration into third party applications as a primary or auxiliary power source; and A MegaBoxTM configuration with a market leading 2MW of power density set for deployment within a 40’ ISO container for stationary off-grid power demands. Other bespoke sizing options are available if required. Auxiliary Equipment for hydrogen generation equipment (ammonia crackers, electrolysers powered by renewable energy sources) are also available from third party suppliers through AFC Energy for integration into the final product solution. Partners are invited to express interest in HydroX-Cell(S)TM applications for joint development or licensing arrangements. --------------------------- AlkaMemTM applications include: Alkaline Water Electrolysis Alkaline Fuel Cells Fuel Synthesis Electrodialysis Desalination Acid Remediation Salt Water Batteries REDOX Flow Batteries The market for highly conductive and stable membrane technologies continues to grow and presently exceeds $1 billion. The performance of the AlkaMemTM has been independently monitored and successfully appraised by industry leaders against key operational metrics. The market introduction will increase customer choice and we expect to be competitive on price and performance. The AlkaMemTM membrane is available for license and joint development applications in various thicknesses. The table below provides details of the key technical specification that AlkaMemTM can provide. Conductivity 200-210 mS.cm-1 Ion Exchange Capacity 2.5-2.7 meq.g-1 --------------------- Auxillary Equipment Both the HydroX-Cell(L)TM and HydroX-Cell(S)TM are capable of deployment either as stand-alone units or as part of a wider hydrogen generation/hydrogen conversion unit to support emission free off-grid power supply. Typical auxiliary equipment needed to realise this power storage/power supply solution covers: Ammonia Cracker Water Electrolyser Invertors Battery Storage Battery management system Fuel storage AFC Energy can work with customers to provide these units as part of an overall HydroX-Cell (L or S)TM fuel cell emission free power system.

Good point tewkesbury. I will add it to the heading. I was thinking about marine applications and would suggest that noisey polluting diesel engines in navy warships could be replaced by relatively quiet electric motors powered by hyrogen fuel cells, using cheap energy efficient ammonia feedstock. Such ships would be quieter than diesel ships, not need the big smoke stack or emit any smoke, so would be more steathy overall.

When you consider that even a single Rolec low power EV charger uses 3.6 kWh or 7.2 KWh, and their fast chargers use 11 kWh or 22 kWh, you can easily see how the UK's national grid would not be able to supply the power needed for the predicted 23 million EV charging points in the UK alone by 2050. Hence hydrogen fuel cell powered EV chargers will be essential for the UK and elsewhere, and that is just one of the many applications.

And the number of electric companies, local authorities etc, that see the AFC EV Charger as a better option than installing (thousands required just across the UK) substations at £350k-£500k each, to cope with the ever increasing EV uptake (up 125% last month).

Jakecat, Rolec probably have dozens of customers already lined up for the EV chargers. Think how many commercial customers Rolec already have on their books who they can contact and who will be contacting them.

A single, decent contract announcement would send this further through the roof than it has gone already! I can honestly see it coming and I do not think that it will be long until it does.

City Chappy thanks. £1+ billion company valuation within 12 months then £10's of billions thereafter. The revenue streams will be large and global. Real blue sky stuff. Buy and hold AFC is essential now.

Historically, there has been an element of 'Jam tomorrow/false dawns' with AFC - so some element of caution/scepticism is understandable. Let's just hope that this time its the real deal.
