None as I am not a shareholder nor will I invest unless I know the management. Thank you for asking and by the way I heard that ASMO is organising a float of one of its OZ investments in early 2013.......one needs to go back to the names and then try Google..........I have little time as I need to finish some urgent work before Xmas.

Been in OZ for a month looking at mining finance and even going down an old silver mine and staying at Broken Hill once owned by BHB. Asked several people if they had ever heard of CW and the people he says he wants to invest in and there were laughs all the way down the mine shafts.......if you get the pun!! As I have said before and will keep on saying ASMO is worth nothing and for him to raise money in OZ for example would be from speculators who would want his skin first. Will await events.............

Rns says "A former professional footballer with Blackburn Rovers' 94/95 Premier League winning squad." Sadly Conrad's due diligence on Mr Featherstone didn't extend even to a google search. What a plonker. According to wikipedia - "Featherstone did not make any first team appearances for Blackburn Rovers, but was a prominent member of their youth teams." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Featherstone_(footballer) Mr Featherstone has joined a non league team here, that is for sure. Wonder if he will appoint Walter Mitty to the BOD next?

Hi Stav, Yes - that is true - I used to hold as you know, but, luckily, got out just before they started their endless round of funding, and I just about broke even. However, I like to follow this one as I am fascinated as to how it pans out, and, also I have a good friend who is a holder here, and I would dearly love it to come good for his sake. Re CYAN - I will certainly take a look, and, if I have any comment to make I will do so on the CYAN Board. Regards Steve

CyprusSteve Much easier to look at ASMO objectively if you have the luxury of not holding.LOL! I am holding and cannot believe that Conrad would just throw his money away, I am locked in here and that fact alone gives me some small comfort. Like failedQS (interesting name) says, we are all willing to be persuaded. You might DYOR on CYAN. Check out the new CEO's CV, and the recent interest as the company is hopefully on the cusp of winning a transformational Indian tender, based on it's cutting edge tech. It would be interesting to hear an impartial view.

Hi Failed. I agree with that - this whole thing puzzles me greatly. Their strategy seems to be constantly changing, and I am fairly sure there is another funding on the way, especially if they intend to come onto AIM, which is expensive. I find it hard to conceive that Conrad is as incompetent as he appears to be - but , so far all the evidence points that way !!! Who knows - ASMO may come good - but, until I can see a clear direction and scheduled objectives, it is difficult to see. Regards Steve

I'm intrigued at what Conrad is planning, I am surprised though at the appointment of the ex footballer pal this week! On the face of it, the action with the Australian licenses looks "interesting", if you believe Conrad and the board, this might give us some value! But I do have my doubts, though i'm willing to be persuaded!

Nice to see a few new faces here - I imagine all of us are puzzled at the new appointment, and indeed the whole Company strategy - or, rather the lack of it ?? As a matter of interest, and to relieve the boredom here, are there any shares that you guys are buying that you feel may have bottomed in the current bombed out markets ? Have a good weekend all, Steve

Could have been conrad's buy ! There was more selling of orcp yesterday and it was always my guess that it was conrad who was offloading the 100k block, so maybe he is still selling there to prop up here !!!.

Words fail me !! Exactly what does he bring to the party ? – just another overhead. Probably one of Conrad's mates – we know from twitter he likes football and perhaps this will give him more street cred with the pro-footballers. Astonishing.

What is COnrad up to? He's appointed a former footballer as a director..... All Star (PLUS: ASMO), the PLUS-quoted natural resource exploration and investment company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. James Lee Featherstone as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. A former professional footballer with Blackburn Rovers' 94/95 Premier League winning squad, Mr Featherstone's career was cut short by injury, which led to him commencing a career in investment banking with Anglo Irish Bank, and latterly with Investec. In 2009, Mr Featherstone left his position as Head of Treasury with Investec to form OmniSports Management Ltd, which represents a growing number of sports professionals, including Premier League, Championship, and top-flight European footballers. Mr Featherstone is a Football Association Licenced Football Agent, holds controlled functions with the Financial Services Authority (CF29 and CF30), is active in the areas of Finance and Asset Management specifically in sport and in mining and exploration. CONRAD WINDHAM, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, SAID: "I am delighted that James has joined the board of All Star Minerals at what is an extremely exciting time in the Company's development. I have known James as a friend and colleague for some time, and know that he shares the same values and ambitions for the future of All Star Minerals as myself, Ed, and Jan. James brings a number of skills to the board, and I have no doubt that his involvement will bring great benefits for the Company." James Featherstone's directorship history over the past five years is detailed below: Current Directorships and Partnerships Past Directorship and Partnerships OmniSports Management Ltd - OmniSports Asset Management Ltd OmniSports Enterprises Ltd

http://www.plus-sx.com/companies/plusCompanyDetail.html?securityId=10052 As in link above somebody unloaded 650,000 shares today at only 0.10p - it is clear that the mm's do not want these shares. I dread to think what discount the next funding may be at!

just to pick u up on one point Paper Promises. U said conrad has put £100,000 of his own money into the company. I believe its much less than that. But if he had done his entire shareholding is now worth about £51,000 by my estimations. So he hasn't made a very good investment. "Conrad Windham is now interested in 17,110,070 ordinary shares" as per rns below... http://www.investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=20120702090809M7964 02 July 2012

Hmmmm - maybe one day I will understand what ASMO is actually trying to achieve - do they actually have a strategy ? - it seems to vary with each RNS - the only common element is that of new fund raising. Yet - none of the previous fundings have as yet led to a single progressive step. However - Conrad has been buying - either he is fool-hardy, has more money than sense, or knows something that we don't - I honestly have no idea, as both their website and RNS's offer no information on which to make a decision. If somebody can actually explain the Company strategy to me in REALISTIC terms - not simply the waffle in previous RNS's I would be most appreciative. Also, for the Company to make ANY progress - even if it should prove to be justified - it will need to come onto AIM - where it can actually be traded on line and become more liquid - and, to do this will require more cash, and probably another funding. I suspect that Sharukh is well happy to be out of this .

Loadsa, I'm not sure anyone would put £100k into a company shares to vote off another director. Does anyone know the voting anyway? How much time did Shahruk even spend with ASMO? Whats happened to Oracle shares in the last 12 months... 10p to 3p. How many shares have the Oracle board bought in the last 12 months? Whos shown more confidence in their company and put their money where their mouth is???
