Conrad now away from Nodding Donkey too. Looks like his years of failure have finally caught up with him..... I'm still hoping Thomas nugent can do something with All Star, though I'm not holding my breath.

Conrad has resigned - at last some good news. 9 Years of total failure, he was a disaster. Plain and simple. And it looks like we may have some litigation to contend with in Australia, is that to be his legacy? Whatever, lets see if Thomas Nugent can do something with this company...... if it manages to survive.......

Looks like something else has gone wrong these small ISDX mining outfits really are accident prone. Can't see U308 repaying the loan so do they go bust and All Star take it over, if so abit of a silver lining for All Star

You might like to look at Walter Doyle's track record. He's made a lot of money for himself! Not always so much money for the other shareholders in his ventures. In the case of Stategic Minerals (SML), Walter Doyle reported an interest in 40.37% of the company on 30 Oct 2012: http://www.investegate.co.uk/strategic-minerals--sml-/rns/director-shareholding/201210300700158005P/ On 6 December 2013, SML announced that this had fallen to below 3%: http://www.investegate.co.uk/strategic-minerals--sml-/rns/holding-in-company/201312061455029562U/ There were no other disposal announcements during that period during which the share price fell from approx 4.5p to approx 1p.

Managed to sell my smaller holding via Barclays -[6 digits] [somebody bought them]- over last 15 months, used as tax loss, so not in vain.

Although Conrad never released an RNS saying he had reduced his large % holdings in ORCP -oracle coalfield, it was always my guess that he was the constant seller. He used to post on the advfn - orcp thread but stopped when Khan started the tinker rather than getting the job done. I certainly regret ever hearing the names Khan / Windham and Heron, all from the same stable. :groan:

I've had a quick look at Conrad's other 2 quoted companies (ie companies he is heavily involved with), Oracle Coal and Nodding Donkey - I'm struggling to see any sign of business acumen at all in any of them, they are all in a pretty poor state by the looks of things.... But Crown of Angels is a final act of desperation here - this feels like the end game for All Star to be honest..... The chasing of Thorium by that idiot Bob Young was a bad start for All Star, but Conrad seems to have used this for a funded ego trip since Bob (thankfully) left. I'd sell my shares if I could, but my guess is that they are un-sellable at present.

Yes, Crowd of Angels is a bit desperate. With his track record it's not surprising. Years of failed investments. I'm sure he has tried to be successful, but success is nowhere in sight.

Conrad posts on here as mrkournikova. Here's an example of his posts from June 2011 when he was encouraging people to invest into shares of Strategic Minerals (SML): http://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/thread.php3?id=25371597&from=26 The share price then was 11p, it is now closer to 0.5p. At the time I took him to task and pointed out that the company was being brought to market with the assistance of Leo Knifton was had a track record of running UK-based boiler rooms. I would never invest into anything to which Conrad's name is attached and believe that there is plenty of objective empirical evidence of his track record to justify such a stance. JakNife

This will run out of cash like all of Conrad's "great investment opportunities" in my opinion. Had some of these a few year's back, but managed to get out without too much pain. Speculative mining companies like this are a bit of a put at the best of the time, even with someone that has good mining credentials.

I got a letter from Direct Marketing Touch (DMT) in May, they were wanting my tel number, presumably to try and sell me more shares..... I'm not convinced there is anything else happening other than the usual pish we have come to expect from Conrad.
