ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On February 27, 2020, we issued a press release announcing the filing of our Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2019 and announced results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2019. Also on February 27, 2020, we held a conference call to discuss these results and related matters. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
