      PowerDsine Ltd. (Nasdaq: PDSN), a pioneer in Power over Ethernet (PoE) 
      solutions, announced today an agreement with Anixter India, which will 
      be a distributor for its complete range of PoE Midspan products to 
      enterprise customers in India. Anixter will help PowerDsine provide 
      optimum service to its customers while enabling the Company to further 
      grow its Indian customer base and generate new business opportunities in 
      the growing market for Power over Ethernet technology.
    
    
      Under this distribution agreement, Anixter will offer PowerDsine’s 
      Midspan products across India while PowerDsine will provide training and 
      technical support to Anixter and each of their channel partners and 
      system integrators.
