Bango PLC said Thursday that it has signed an agreement with Microsoft Corp. to boost new Xbox cloud-gaming subscriptions, expanding the partnership between the two companies.
Under the deal, Microsoft will use Bango's platform to enable telecom partners to bundle its Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox All Access offerings in their subscription packages, the U.K. commerce platform said.
Shares in Bango at 0907 GMT were up 5.5% at 164.50 pence.
