On May 11, 2023, Shift Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2023 by issuing a press release. The full text of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
