Sullo scandalo datagate e il possibile coinvolgimento
degli utenti italiani piove oggi un esposto del Codacons a 104 Procure
della Repubblica di tutta Italia e al Garante della Privacy.
"Di fronte all'aggravarsi dello scandalo sull'utilizzo dei dati
sensibili degli utenti a fini elettorali, abbiamo deciso di coinvolgere la
magistratura affinché accerti eventuali reati commessi sul territorio
italiano da Facebook o da società terze legate al social network", spiega
il presidente Carlo Rienzi.
"Se infatti emergerà che profili e dati personali dei cittadini italiani
iscritti a Facebook sono stati usati in spregio delle norme e per
profilazioni politiche e campagne elettorali, si determinerebbe una palese
violazione del Codice della Privacy, concretizzando reati per cui è
prevista la reclusione", conclude Rienzi.
