(NASDAQ:CLEC), a full-service provider of IP, data and voice solutions to businesses and enterprise organizations throughout the Eastern United States, today announced it will provide an online Web simulcast and rebroadcast of its fourth quarter and fiscal 2006 conference call on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.
