CompuDyne Corporation (NASDAQ:CDCY), an industry leader in sophisticated
security products, integration and technology for the public security
markets, announced that it had a total of $17.6 million in new awards
during the month of March, 2007.
Institutional Security Systems (“ISS”)
reported $10.4 million of awards for the month. Activity related to
prospective projects is at record levels in ISS’
market and awards during 2007 are expected to materially exceed those in
2006.
Public Safety & Justice (Tiburon) had $3.4 million in selection awards
and maintenance renewals. Tiburon has moved to the final stages on
several large potential awards.
Attack Protection had $2.4 million of new awards during the month.
Integrated Electronic Systems had $1.4 million in awards.
The pipeline of project opportunities in process or expected at most of
