Mr  P  E Hadsley-Chaplin, a director of the Company, has today exercised
his  option over 15,000 shares of 10p each granted at 227.5p per  share.
The aforementioned 15,000 shares have been sold at 285 pence per share.

His  present share interests in the issued share capital of the  Company
are as follows:

MR P A FLETCHER
Mr  P  A  Fletcher, a director of the Company, has today  exercised  his
option  over  20,000  shares of 10p granted at  227.5p  per  share.  The
aforementioned 20,000 shares have been sold at 285 pence per share.

His  present share interests in the issued share capital of the  Company
are as follows:

Beneficial 1,099    0.004%
Non-beneficial: Nil
Options: 380,000

The   revised  issued  share  capital  is  £2,688,834.90  dividend  into
26,888,349 shares of 10p each.

SUBSTANTIAL SHARE INTERESTS

The Company has today been advised by Alcatel Bell Pensioenfond VZW that
they  now  hold  839,000 shares representing 3.12% of the  issued  share
capital.
