On June 12, 2023, Mr. Alain Kinsch provided Arrival SA (the “Company”) with a letter of resignation as Class C Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. Such resignation will take effect on the earlier of the date of the Company’s Annual General Meeting or July 31, 2023. The Company would like to thank Mr. Kinsch for his advice, collaboration and support over the past two years.
