Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The sales reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on October 3, 2019.
(2)	The original Form 4, filed on September 10, 2020, is being amended by this Form 4 amendment solely to correct an administrative error, which misreported a sale that occurred on September 8, 2020, as a total of 236 shares sold when in fact 263 shares of the Issuer's common stock were sold. The number of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following the corrected transaction remains the same as the error was made only in the reporting of the sale.
