After the release of U.S. producer price index for November and weekly jobless claims for the week ended December 7 at 8:30 am ET Thursday, the greenback traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the greenback changed little against the pound, it ticked down against the rest of major rivals.

The greenback was trading at 1.1140 against the euro, 1.3158 against the pound, 0.9812 against the franc and 108.58 against the yen around 8:34 am ET.
