Telemetrix announces that in accordance with the terms of their letters of
appointment, varied to provide for the regular quarterly subscription of
Telemetrix shares utilising the net amount of their quarterly cash fees (after
deduction of applicable income tax and national insurance deductions) for
services as non-executive directors of Telemetrix, E P Airey and R E Venter
subscribed for a total of 15,483 ordinary shares of 5p in Telemetrix on 28 March
2003 at 56.5p each (being the closing middle market price on the day of
allotment).

Application will therefore be made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK
Listing Authority for 15,483 ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted to the
Daily Official List on 4 April 2003.
