--ArcelorMittal is considering selling a downstream construction business, Bloomberg reported late Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
--The steel company is working with advisers to prepare an auction of the unit, which could bring the company between 700 million euros and 800 million euros ($773 million and $883 million), Bloomberg reported.
--A sale process could begin in the fourth quarter, the report states.
