PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le groupe de services parapétroliers CGG a annoncé lundi avoir finalisé la sortie définitive de son activité d'acquisition de données sismiques fond de mer et mis fin à son accord d'actionnariat dans la coentreprise Seabed Geosolutions (SBGS).
CGG a ainsi signé un accord pour céder sa participation de 40% dans le capital de SBGS à Fugro d'ici à la fin du premier trimestre 2020, pour un montant de 35 millions de dollars, à payer avant le 31 décembre 2019.
En tenant compte de ce paiement à venir, CGG prévoit d'enregistrer un flux de trésorerie disponible positif cette année, "supérieur à ses attentes".
