PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le gestionnaire d'actifs Amundi s'adjuge 3% en début de séance mercredi, à 73,60 euros, signant la plus forte hausse du SBF 120, après avoir annoncé mardi soir l'acquisition de la filiale de gestion d'actifs de Banco Sabadell pour un montant de 430 millions d'euros. L'accord signé entre les deux groupes inclut aussi la distribution de produits de gestion d'actifs dans le réseau de Banco Sabadell en Espagne pour une durée de 10 ans. Les analystes d'AlphaValue estime que ce partenariat est "pertinent" et permet à Amundi de pénétrer l'important marché espagnol qui représente environ 600 milliards d'euros d'actifs sous gestion.
