PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--L'équipementier ferroviaire Alstom proposera jeudi à la Commission européenne des concessions afin d'obtenir son aval pour le rachat de Bombardier Transport, la branche ferroviaire du groupe canadien, a rapporté mercredi Reuters en citant trois sources au fait du dossier.
D'après les informations de l'agence de presse, Alstom propose notamment de céder une usine produisant des trains régionaux en France.
Contactés par l'agence Agefi-Dow Jones, des porte-paroles de la Commission européenne et d'Alstom n'ont pas souhaité apporter de commentaire.
La Commission européenne a fixé au 16 juillet la date limite pour déterminer si elle ouvrira une éventuelle enquête approfondie sur l'opération.
Alstom avait annoncé en février un accord en vue de racheter Bombardier Transport pour un montant d'environ 6 milliards d'euros. Le groupe compte finaliser cette transaction au premier semestre 2021.
