PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Moody's a abaissé mercredi sa perspective sur la note de crédit d'Alstom de "positive" à "stable", à la suite du protocole d'accord conclu par le groupe français en vue d'acquérir les activités ferroviaires de son rival canadien Bombardier, Bombardier Transport. L'agence de notation souligne que sa décision est liée aux incertitudes entourant l'approbation réglementaire de l'opération, notamment de la part des autorités de la concurrence, mais également à des interrogations sur la capacité d'Alstom à redresser les activités de Bombardier Transport, "actuellement peu performantes".
