Purchase of Warrants For Cancellation
Schroder Income Growth Fund plc announces that on 10 December 2003, the Company
purchased 200,000 warrants for cancellation, at a price of 52.5 pence per
warrant. Following this purchase, there are a further 5,910,360 warrants in
issue which can be exercised at the subscription price of 100p per share on 31
December 2003, which will be the final subscription date.
