Interesting newsflow today imo. They've lost the Polish facility due to authorities dithering on the sign off which has released their £500K held in escrow and caused them to cancel their funding arrangements for it but have held onto two of the five contracts they were hoping to close with one closed and one apparently closing soon. Both of which according to their last interview included revenues greater than they made all last year.
Onwards and maybe one day upwards then..

--> Maddox Spoke to Peter Holmes, the FD at Voyager2000, about the takeover talks and the shares trading freeze. He told me that both parties are aiming to conclude talks by the end of September or early October at the latest. Shares should be tradable immediately following the conclusion of the talks, he said. "If for some reason the deal doesn't go through by October you should see the shares come back on the market soon rather than later," Holmes said. Voyager2000 were set up as a shell earlier this year and a placing took place at 6.75p. These raced up to 11.5 before some profit taking brought them back to the current level. They were suspended on July 1st for acquistion talks and the management said on Aug 20th that the negotiations are proceeding satisfactorily. Does anyone have any views on what the discussions may relate to, who may be in the frame, when the shares may be relisted?? Have mailed the ADVFN team for some pro support (!) but would be interested in any amateur (!) views. Thanks Maddox
