("Inspired " or the "Group")
Director Share Purchases and Exercise of Options by the Board
Inspired (AIM: INSE), a leading technology enabled service provider supporting businesses in their drive to net zero, controlling energy costs and managing their response to climate change, announces that members of the Board have purchased ordinary shares of 0.125p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") and exercised options over Ordinary Shares under the Group's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
Mark Dickinson (CEO) and Paul Connor (CFO) (together the "Executives") have exercised in aggregate 5,320,000 Ordinary Shares under the Group's LTIP. The Group's share price at the time of the exercise of options was 9.15p and the exercise price of the options was the nominal value of the Ordinary Shares. The 5,320,000 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Inspired Energy EBT and will be transferred to the Executives as part of their exercise under the LTIP. In addition, Mark Dickinson has purchased 479,966 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 10.41 pence per Ordinary Shares on 30 January 2023.
As a result, the Executives have increased their shareholding in the Group, in aggregate, by 5,799,966 Ordinary Shares, with Mark Dickinson increasing his interest to 6,614,276 Ordinary Shares and Paul Connor to 2,725,000 Ordinary Shares.
In addition, the following non-executive directors have purchased Ordinary Shares as follows:
-- Richard Logan, Non-Executive Chair, purchased 288,193 ordinary shares at a price of 10.375 pence per Ordinary Share on 30 January 2023. Following this transaction, Richard Logan holds 748,021 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
-- Sangita Shah, Non-Executive Director, and her spouse, collectively purchased 287,769 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.425 pence per Ordinary Share on 30 January 2023. Following this transaction, Sangita Shah and her spouse together hold 415,974 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
-- Dianne Walker, Non-Executive Director, purchased 90,969 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.32 pence per Ordinary Share on 30 January 2023. Following this transaction, Diane Walker holds 90,969 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
